Amanda is a Partner in Oliver Wyman’s Health and Life Sciences and Organizational Effectiveness practices. She focuses on strategy-led operating model and organizational transformations, focused on the U.S. healthcare ecosystem. She has a passion for new ideas that radically challenge the status quo and harness the energy of the organization to drive sustainable change.

Relevant Experience

Amanda's areas of expertise include conducting strategic organizational change – “rewiring” the way an organization works to deliver on strategy; corporate strategy definition and top team alignment; designing and implementing efficiency/optimization programs and; designing behavior change programs to harness the energy of an organization and move beyond historical behavioral patterns that change more slowly than strategy or other organizational elements.

Leading the organizational definition and enablement of a consumer-centric operating model for a mid-sized regional health plan, including new roles, optimal structure, and critical leader behaviors.

Executing a large-scale operating model transformation for the service division of a large regional health plan, beginning with definition of the functional excellence strategy and proceeding through organization re-design and transition.

Defining a long-term strategy for a regional payer to develop competitive advantage in their market through a system of reinforcing capabilities and aligning the leadership team on a core set of strategic priorities and enterprise success measures.

Education and Other Experience

Amanda holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA
from Harvard University.
